I enjoy creating collaboratively and participating in Theater, Film, Performance Art and Photography.
I started acting in my hometown of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In 2002 I won a state prize for "Renúncia", a devised 10-minute monologue. My first film, "Severina", went to the Short Film Corner at Cannes 2010. My second film, "Queen River", has been screened in South Korea at SESIFF 2014. I was Assistant Director and Dramaturg for "Two Roses for Richard III", a BufoMecânica/Royal Shakespeare Company production at the RSC's World Shakespeare Festival 2012.
In my three years in New York City I became a member of Baby Crow Productions (theater) and had constant collaborations with Illium Pictures (film) in creating new work for both mediums. I was in the first class at The Michael Chekhov School in Hudson, NY and received my M.F.A. in Acting at the New School for Drama in 2016.
I currently reside in upstate New York.
